Head Chef, Gary O’Hanlon, has created a menu based on the founding principles of classical cookery, but with modern twists. Every dish is prepared using only the finest ingredients. In fact, we pride ourselves on having one of the best larders in Europe, with ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. Our menu is seasonally changing, and we typically have a daily supply of delicious fish from the North West coast, Dry-Aged beef, wonderful game, and fantastic artisan organic cheeses. The wine cellar is stocked with a selection of fine wines, to allow the menu to be properly complemented.
